A major milestone is officially behind us: the Alkem Gear pilot order has arrived in California.
While this is not the start of customer fulfillment just yet, it is an important step toward getting there.
The purpose of the pilot order is to put our entire shipping and fulfillment process to the test before the full production order arrives. This gives us the opportunity to work through each step firsthand, identify any potential issues, and make adjustments where needed so that the full rollout goes as smoothly as possible.
From receiving inventory to preparing orders for shipment, we want to make sure the process is ready before we begin sending Alkem Gear out at scale.
The good news is that we are still on track for October fulfillment.
Seeing the pilot order arrive makes everything feel that much more real, and it brings us one step closer to putting Alkem Gear into your hands.
We’ll continue sharing updates and behind-the-scenes looks as we move through the next stages of the process.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Alkem and followed along with us. We’re getting close.
