We have an important update to share regarding the arrival of our first full production order.
The good news is that manufacturing was completed on schedule, and all of the product is finished and ready to go.
At this point, we are experiencing a delay at the port due to congestion as we wait for our shipment to be loaded onto a vessel. While this is outside of the manufacturing process, it does mean our expected arrival timeline has shifted.
Our current tentative arrival date is October 21.
We know many of you are excited to receive your Alkem Gear, and we understand that any delay can be disappointing. We want to be as transparent as possible throughout the process and keep you informed as we receive new information.
Most importantly, the products are made, production is complete, and we are now working through the final stages of getting everything here.
We’ll continue monitoring the shipment closely and will share additional updates as soon as we have them.
